This policy explains what LeadNumbers collects about customers and about the business contacts in our database, and how that information is used, stored and removed. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. LeadNumbers is operated by Founder First Ventures LTD..

Customer data

We store the account details you give us: name, work email, company, website, ideal customer profile, delivery settings and billing records. We use them to operate your subscription and to prevent abuse of the free sample. We do not sell customer data. Information may be shared with Founder First Ventures LTD. and other companies within the same group for service delivery, fraud prevention and legal compliance.

Business contact data

The leads we deliver are business contact records sourced from licensed providers and public professional sources, intended for business-to-business outreach. Each record carries its source and retrieval date.

Opt-outs and deletion

Any individual can ask to be removed. We suppress the record platform-wide within one business day and never resupply it. Customers can request deletion of their account and its data at any time by writing to us. Use the opt-out page or email hello@leadnumbers.com.

Abuse prevention

To keep free samples and registrations genuine we record a hashed network address, a browser fingerprint and the email domain of each request. These signals are used only to detect duplicate and automated signups.
