These terms govern use of the LeadNumbers service. LeadNumbers is operated by Founder First Ventures LTD.. Information may be shared within the Founder First Ventures group of companies as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Subscriptions

Packages are monthly and charged in advance. Monthly volume is delivered across the business days of the billing month and does not roll over. You can change or cancel a package at any time, effective at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.

Replacement guarantee

Leads reported as having a wrong or unreachable number are replaced at no cost, subject to fair use. Fair use means replacements are capped as a share of the volume delivered in the same month, with a cooldown between claims. Claims above the cap are reviewed by a person before any replacement is issued.

Acceptable use

Data is licensed to your organization for its own outreach. You may not resell, publish or redistribute the records. Free samples are limited to one per person and per company, and attempts to circumvent that limit may result in refusal of service.

Your responsibilities

You are the caller and the sender. Complying with the calling, messaging and privacy rules of the places you contact is your responsibility.
