Pricing FAQ
Straight answers on the 10 cents per contact floor, monthly versus annual rates, and why the 5,000 contact plan gives you the best per-contact price.
The floor
Why every monthly plan stops at 10 cents per contact
The short answer
LeadNumbers charges one flexible subscription instead of named plan tiers. The per-contact rate falls as your monthly volume rises, from about 15 cents at 500 contacts to 10 cents at 5,000. Ten cents is the floor: it reflects the real cost of sourcing a matching decision maker, enriching the record with a mobile number or direct dial and a work email, screening it against your ideal customer profile and delivering it every business day. Above 5,000 contacts each extra one is priced at exactly 10 cents, so no monthly plan is ever priced below the floor.
| Monthly volume | Monthly price | Per contact, monthly billing | Per contact, annual billing |
|---|---|---|---|
| 500 contacts | $75 | about 15¢ | about 12¢ |
| 1,500 contacts | $195 | about 13¢ | about 10¢ |
| 3,000 contacts | $360 | about 12¢ | about 10¢ |
| 5,000 contacts | $500 | 10¢ | 8¢ |
| 10,000 contacts | $1,000 | 10¢ | 8¢ |
| 25,000 contacts | $2,500 | 10¢ | 8¢ |
Annual prices shown are the 20% discounted rate. Quarterly billing sits in between and saves 10%. Run any volume from 500 to 25,000 in steps of 250 through the configurator on the pricing page.
Billing terms
Monthly versus quarterly and annual rates
The short answer
Monthly billing is the list price and can be cancelled any time, with no minimum contract and no setup fee. Quarterly billing saves 10% across the term and annual billing saves 20%, each renewing at the cadence you selected. The discount applies on top of the per-contact rate, so on the 5,000 contact plan annual billing works out to $400 a month, which is 8 cents per contact. At every volume the annual rate is the lowest per-contact price available.
Monthly
List price, cancel any time. From $75 a month for 500 contacts, about 15 cents each, down to a 10 cent floor from 5,000 contacts.
Quarterly
10% off the list price for each month in the term. The 5,000 contact plan becomes $450 a month, 9 cents per contact.
Annual
20% off the list price for each month in the term. The 5,000 contact plan becomes $400 a month, 8 cents per contact.
The sweet spot
Why the 5,000 contact plan is the cheapest per contact
The short answer
The 5,000 contact plan at $500 a month is where the per-contact rate reaches its 10 cent floor, so it is the cheapest monthly plan per contact. Below 5,000 you pay more per contact because smaller commitments cannot spread the sourcing and screening work as thin. Above 5,000 the rate holds at 10 cents rather than dropping, because the cost of producing each contact does not shrink with volume. In practice that makes 5,000 the sweet spot: the lowest rate on monthly billing, with annual billing taking it to 8 cents per contact, and anything beyond 5,000 simply adding more contacts at the same rate.
FAQ
Pricing questions, answered
What does the 10 cents per contact floor mean?
It is the lowest per-contact rate on any monthly plan. Prices below 5,000 contacts a month step down as volume rises, from about 15 cents at 500 to 10 cents at 5,000. Above 5,000 every extra contact is priced at exactly 10 cents, so a larger plan never costs less than 10 cents per contact on monthly billing.
Why is the 5,000 contact plan cheaper per contact?
The pricing rewards bigger monthly commitments. At 500 contacts a month you pay $75, about 15 cents each. At 1,500 it is $195, about 13 cents each. At 3,000 it is $360, about 12 cents each. At 5,000 the rate reaches its floor: $500 a month, 10 cents each. Past that point the rate stays at 10 cents rather than dropping further, because sourcing, enriching and delivering each contact has a real cost that does not shrink with volume.
How is the per-contact price calculated?
Monthly price divided by monthly volume. The 5,000 contact plan is $500 a month, which is 10 cents per contact. If you pick a custom volume above 5,000, the first 5,000 cost $500 and every extra contact adds 10 cents, so 10,000 contacts is $1,000 and 25,000 is $2,500.
What do monthly, quarterly and annual billing each cost?
Monthly billing is the list price: $75 for 500, $195 for 1,500, $360 for 3,000, $500 for 5,000, and 10 cents per contact above that. Quarterly billing saves 10% across the term and annual billing saves 20%. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time, while quarterly and annual terms renew at the cadence you selected.
Does annual billing change the 10 cent floor?
Yes, it can go below it. The 20% annual discount applies on top of the floor, so the 5,000 contact plan works out to $400 a month, which is 8 cents per contact. At smaller volumes the discount lowers the per-contact rate too, for example 500 contacts on annual billing is $60 a month, about 12 cents each.
Is there a plan cheaper than 10 cents per contact on monthly billing?
No. Ten cents is the lowest rate at any volume on monthly billing, whether you pick 5,000 or 25,000 contacts. The only way to pay less per contact is the quarterly discount (10%) or the annual discount (20%), which takes the best rate to 8 cents per contact at 5,000 a month.
Can I pick a volume between the listed points?
Yes. Any monthly volume from 500 to 25,000 can be selected in steps of 250, and the price is calculated from that number. Below 5,000 the price follows the curve that brings the rate down from 15 cents to 10 cents. Above 5,000 each extra contact is 10 cents.
Can I change my volume after signing up?
Yes. You can raise or lower your monthly volume at any time and your daily delivery pace follows the new allowance. Volume above 5,000 is always pro rated at 10 cents per extra contact.
Do unused contacts roll over to the next month?
No. Your monthly allowance is paced across the business days of the month and unused volume does not roll over. That is part of how the per-contact rate stays as low as it is.
Are there setup fees, contracts or per-user charges?
No setup fees and no minimum contract on monthly billing. Seats are unlimited: your whole team can receive the daily batches and use the portal at no extra cost.
What am I paying for on every record?
Every delivered contact carries a mobile number or direct dial, a work email, job title, company context and matching notes against your ideal customer profile. If a mobile number or work email is wrong, flag it in your portal and it is replaced free within fair-use limits.
