Dialer ready lists
Dialer ready lead lists that import without cleanup
The short answer
A dialer ready list is one where every row can be loaded into a calling platform and dialled without editing. LeadNumbers delivers exactly that: one person per row, a single mobile or confirmed direct dial in E.164 format, a checked work email, clean company and title fields, no duplicates across your account history, and a CSV layout that imports into common dialers first time.
Number format
E.164 with the country code, one per row
Duplicates
Removed across your whole account history
Export
CSV built for dialer import, or pushed by CRM
Pacing
New rows every business day, not one large dump
Detail
Why most lists break a dialer
Lists sold by row count usually mix main lines, extensions and toll free numbers into the phone column. A dialer treats them all the same, so a third of a session is spent in phone trees.
The second problem is formatting. Missing country codes, numbers stored as text with brackets and spaces, and two or three numbers crammed into one cell all force a cleanup pass before the first call.
The third is repetition. The same switchboard appears against twenty contacts, so the same receptionist hears from you twenty times in a morning.

What we do instead
Each contact is screened for a personal number first. If we cannot find a mobile or an explicitly direct line for that named person, the record does not ship.
Numbers are normalised to one international format, one per row, so a dialer can load them without a spreadsheet detour.
Every batch is deduplicated against everything you have ever received, so a rep never calls the same person twice from two different files.

Getting the list into your dialer
Export a CSV shaped for calling platforms, with name, company, title, number and a campaign tag ready to map.
Or connect your CRM and let records arrive automatically each business day, so the calling list refills itself.
Tags carry the batch date and the account name, which makes reporting by campaign straightforward later.

Pacing beats bulk
A dialer works best with a steady refill. Contacts arrive at the rate reps can actually work, spread across business days.
That also keeps data fresh. Numbers sourced near the day they are called connect far better than rows that have been waiting in a file for months.
Volume moves up or down monthly as you add or lose calling capacity.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Which dialers does the export work with?
The CSV uses plain, widely accepted columns, so it loads into common cloud dialers and calling platforms without a mapping template. If your platform needs a specific header set, tell us and we will match it.
Can the list arrive in my dialer automatically?
Records can be pushed to your CRM each business day, and from there most calling platforms sync automatically. We can also keep a dated CSV ready for manual import.
What is on every contact you deliver?
Full name, job title, company, a checked work email and a mobile number or confirmed direct dial. Main lines, extensions and toll free numbers are thrown out before delivery.
What happens if a number is wrong?
Flag it in the portal and a replacement is queued free of charge within fair use limits. Your flag rate is visible to you at all times.
Who makes the calls?
You can, or our dialing partner ColdCalls.Ca can call the list for you at one blended rate per dial with North American reps. The list and the calling are separate decisions.
