Connect rate
Connect rate is live conversations divided by dials. On mobile-heavy B2B lists a healthy range is roughly five to twelve percent, depending on seniority, industry and time of day.
A connect rate under three percent almost always points at the data rather than the script. Either the numbers are company lines, the people have moved, or the titles are too senior for the volume you are attempting.
Track it per list and per segment, not as one company-wide average. The average hides the segment that is dragging everything down.
How we handle it
Every LeadNumbers batch is built to be dialled, so connect rate is the metric we optimise the data against.
