Dials per rep per day

The realistic number of outbound calls one person can make in a working day.

Manually dialling, a focused rep manages roughly sixty to ninety dials in a day once research, notes and follow-up are included. With a power dialler, one hundred and fifty to two hundred and fifty is achievable.

At a five to eight percent connect rate, that is somewhere between four and twenty conversations a day, which is the number that actually drives pipeline.

Working back from the meeting target through conversations, connect rate and dials is the only reliable way to size a monthly lead volume.

How we handle it

Plans map to working volumes, from 200 contacts a month for founder-led selling to 10,000 for a full team, paced across business days.
