Cadence
A working cold cadence for a mobile-heavy list is usually four to six call attempts across two to three weeks, spread across times of day, with email used to create recognition rather than to carry the pitch.
Cadence design and list supply are linked. A cadence with six touches over fifteen business days means each new contact carries roughly six future tasks, which caps how many new names a rep can absorb per day.
Most teams over-add and under-work. Fewer new contacts, fully worked, beats a larger list touched once.
How we handle it
Daily delivery paces new supply to what a rep can actually work, instead of dropping a month of names in one file.
