Lead enrichment
The short answer
Adding verified contact and company detail to a record so it can actually be worked.
Enrichment turns a name and a company into a callable record: full name, title, company, verified work email, a phone that belongs to the person, and usually a professional profile link.
The order matters. Screening fit before paying to enrich avoids spending on contacts that will be discarded later, which is what keeps cost per usable contact sane.
Enrichment without verification is just guessing with extra steps. A pattern-generated email address is not a verified email address.
How we handle it
Fit is screened first, enrichment runs second, and a record is only released when name, title, company, work email and a personal phone are all present.
