Glossary
Match score
Scoring lets a list be ranked and trimmed rather than accepted whole. Records below a threshold are discarded instead of padding a delivery.
Useful scoring weighs role fit, employer fit, geography and evidence quality separately, so it is obvious why a record scored low.
A score is only as honest as the screen behind it. Scores generated from the same data that produced the record prove nothing.
How we handle it
Every delivered contact carries a match score, and low scorers are rejected rather than delivered to fill a quota.
