Real-time leads
The short answer
Contacts built or confirmed close to the moment they are delivered, rather than pulled from an old file.
Real-time leads are prepared for a specific order. The employer, title and phone are confirmed shortly before the contact is handed over.
The practical benefit is connect rate. A fresh record is far more likely to reach the named person than one exported months earlier.
The term is also used for inbound enquiries passed to a buyer the moment they arrive. In outbound data it means freshness, not an inbound form fill.
