Suppression list
A suppression list protects revenue and reputation. Calling a current customer as a cold prospect is the fastest way to make a sales team look disorganised.
It should cover at least your CRM customers and open opportunities, anyone who has asked not to be contacted, competitors, and domains you do not want touched for partnership reasons.
Suppression works best at domain level as well as person level, because people move inside the same company.
How we handle it
You can upload a suppression file at any time. Every delivered contact is also deduplicated against everything ever sent to your account.
