Do not call (DNC)
National registries in the United States, Canada and elsewhere primarily protect consumers, with varying treatment of business-to-business calling. Internal do-not-call obligations apply regardless of registry status.
The safest operating rule is simple: honour every request immediately, record it, and never let the number back into circulation.
Compliance is a process, not a one-off scrub. It depends on suppression being applied at source on every future list.
How we handle it
Opt-out requests are honoured within one business day and are permanently suppressed across future sourcing.
