Verified email
The short answer
A work email address that has been checked to accept mail for that person before it is delivered.
Verification checks that the domain accepts mail and that the specific mailbox is likely to exist. It protects your sending reputation from bounces.
Catch-all domains accept every address, so they can never be fully verified. Good providers label them rather than pretending.
Personal and disposable inboxes are a separate problem. A B2B email should sit on the company's own domain.
