CRM ready lists
CRM ready lead lists that land in the right fields
The short answer
A CRM ready list is one that arrives inside the system your reps already work in, mapped to the right fields, without creating duplicates. LeadNumbers pushes each business day's contacts into your CRM with name, title, company, phone, email, source and match reasons attached, and falls back to email delivery if the connection ever fails.
Delivery
Automatic push every business day
Mapping
Standard contact and company fields
Duplicates
Checked before anything is created
Fallback
Email delivery if the connection drops
Detail
Why CSV handoffs quietly fail
A file only helps if somebody imports it. When the person who does that is busy, prospecting stops without anyone deciding to stop it.
Manual imports also create duplicates, because the check that prevents them is a human remembering to run it.
Attribution suffers too. Nobody can tell later which meetings came from which batch.
More
What lands in your CRM
The person, their title and employer, a mobile or direct dial, a checked work email and a profile link where one exists.
The batch date and source, so reporting can separate delivered prospects from inbound and referral records.
Match reasons, so a rep can see in one glance why this person is on their list.
More
Keeping the pipeline clean
Existing contacts are detected before anything new is created, so your database does not double up.
Your customers and open opportunities are suppressed from sourcing in the first place.
Opt-outs are honoured across every future batch, permanently.
More
When the connection breaks
Tokens expire and permissions change. When a push fails, the batch is delivered by email instead so a day is never lost.
The failure is visible in the portal rather than silent, with the reason attached.
Reconnecting resumes automatic delivery from the next business day.
Checklist
What to insist on
Field mapping
Standard contact and company fields, not a notes blob.
Duplicate check
Existing records matched before creation.
Source tagging
Batch date and source on every record.
Visible failures
Connection problems shown, not swallowed.
Email fallback
The batch still arrives if the push fails.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Which CRMs are supported?
Common sales CRMs are supported directly, and anything else can receive records through a webhook. If the connection is not available, the batch is emailed as a clean CSV.
Will this create duplicate contacts?
No. Records are checked against your existing contacts before anything is created, and against your own delivery history before that.
What is on every contact you deliver?
Full name, job title, company, a checked work email and a mobile number or confirmed direct dial. Main lines, extensions and toll free numbers are thrown out before delivery.
What happens if a number is wrong?
Flag it in the portal and a replacement is queued free of charge within fair use limits. Your flag rate is visible to you at all times.
Who makes the calls?
You can, or our dialing partner ColdCalls.Ca can call the list for you at one blended rate per dial with North American reps. The list and the calling are separate decisions.
Dialing partner
Do not want to make the calls yourself?
LeadNumbers builds your list. Our dialing partner ColdCalls.Ca can call it for you. North American reps with 10 or more years of B2B sales experience call in your company name, handle gatekeepers and objections, and book interested buyers straight into your calendar. One blended rate of $1 per dial, prospect data included, with 3,000 dials a month as the recommended starting point.
