For SDRs
Start the day with a list, not a search
Targeting
How a SDRs list is defined
| What arrives | Full name, title, company, verified work email, mobile or direct dial, company profile fields |
|---|---|
| Where it arrives | Inbox, CRM or dialer-ready CSV |
| Daily batch | Monthly volume divided across business days, so supply is steady |
| Deduplication | Across the whole account history, not just today |
| Replacements | Flag a wrong number in the portal and a fresh record is queued free |
What gets in the way
The problems this solves
Switchboards eat the day
Only person-level mobiles and explicit direct lines are delivered. Main lines, extensions and toll free numbers are dropped.
Stale exports
Contacts are sourced close to their delivery day, which is what keeps numbers live.
Duplicate embarrassment
Calling someone a colleague called last month damages the brand. Account-wide deduplication prevents it.
Admin creep
Records land in your CRM with mapped fields, so there is no copy and paste before dialing.
Plays
How teams use the daily batch
Play
Power hour first
Dial the freshest records the morning they land. Connect rates fall the longer a record sits.
Play
Triage by title
Sort the batch by seniority and call the hardest-to-reach titles during the early and late windows.
Play
Flag as you go
Flag wrong numbers in the moment. Replacements arrive in the next batch and your data gets better every week.
Volume
Picking a monthly number
Ramping
500 a month
About 25 fresh contacts a business day.
Full desk
1,000 a month
About 50 new contacts a day plus follow-up.
High-velocity
2,500 a month
Heavy dialing with multiple segments.
Full tiers run from $49 for 200 prospects to $799 for 10,000. See every plan.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Will I get mobile numbers or office numbers?
Mobiles first. Where no mobile exists we deliver an explicit direct dial. Switchboard numbers are never delivered.
Can it feed my dialer?
Yes. Deliveries can be exported as a dialer-ready CSV or pushed into your CRM with mapped fields.
How many records can I flag?
Flagging is free within fair use. Consistently high flag rates trigger a review of the targeting, not a charge.
Will I call the same person twice?
No. Every record is checked against the account's full delivery history.
Do I need to set up the ICP myself?
Usually your manager or founder does that once. You just receive the batches.
Dialing partner
Do not want to make the calls yourself?
LeadNumbers builds your SDRs list. Our dialing partner ColdCalls.Ca can call it for you. North American reps with 10 or more years of B2B sales experience call in your company name, handle gatekeepers and objections, and book interested buyers straight into your calendar. One blended rate of $1 per dial, prospect data included, with 3,000 dials a month as the recommended starting point.
