Leads for staffing
Hiring-manager leads for staffing firms
Targeting
How a staffing list is defined
| Typical buyer titles | Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Director, Plant Manager, Operations Director, Owner, General Manager |
|---|---|
| Company sizes | 20 to 5,000 employees, tuned to the size that actually uses external recruiters |
| Segments | Light industrial, skilled trades, logistics and warehousing, healthcare, finance and accounting, technology |
| Geography | By state, province, metro or drive-time region so recruiters stay in their patch |
| Exclusions | Competing staffing firms, recruitment process outsourcers, job boards, existing clients |
What gets in the way
The problems this solves
HR is shielded
Central HR lines route straight to voicemail. We keep only mobiles and explicit direct lines, which is what gets a recruiter a live conversation.
The buyer is not always HR
In trades, manufacturing and logistics the hiring decision often sits with a plant or branch manager. Your ICP can name both and we will source both.
Territory overlap
Two recruiters calling the same company kills credibility. Contacts are deduplicated across your entire account history, not just the current batch.
Feast and famine
One big list burns out in a week. Paced daily delivery keeps a standing call list for every recruiter.
Plays
How teams use the daily batch
Play
Vertical desks
Split volume by desk so the industrial team and the healthcare team each get their own daily batch.
Play
Drive-time targeting
Target metros and radius rather than whole states, so candidates you already have are placeable.
Play
Seasonal ramps
Raise monthly volume before peak hiring seasons and drop it back after, with no annual commitment.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Can you target companies that are actively hiring?
We can prioritise hiring signals during research, but treat active hiring as a preference rather than a guarantee. The hard filters are titles, industries, sizes, geography and your exclusions.
Do you deliver candidate data?
No. LeadNumbers is business-to-business contact data for selling your services. It is not a candidate sourcing tool.
Can each recruiter get their own list?
Yes. Segment by territory or vertical and each segment is delivered to its own inbox or CRM owner.
How do you avoid calling our existing clients?
Upload a suppression list of domains and contacts during onboarding and those records never enter your deliveries.
What does it cost per contact?
From 24.5 cents at 200 a month down to 8 cents at 10,000 a month.
Dialing partner
Do not want to make the calls yourself?
LeadNumbers builds your staffing list. Our dialing partner ColdCalls.Ca can call it for you. North American reps with 10 or more years of B2B sales experience call in your company name, handle gatekeepers and objections, and book interested buyers straight into your calendar. One blended rate of $1 per dial, prospect data included, with 3,000 dials a month as the recommended starting point.
